Three-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, probably Jane Lew, WV, circa 1880, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and flattened rim, decorated with a looping slip-trailed stem bearing two large brushed flowers. Slip-trailed "3" to shoulder. Rim chips. Some wear to cobalt. Mottling to surface. Exfoliation to interior.
