Two Pieces of New Geneva, PA Stoneware, fourth quarter 19th century, a one-gallon jar with stenciled cobalt scrollwork below the maker's stenciling, "JOHN P. EBERHARDT & CO.," paired with a two-gallon jar with stenciled foliate decorations and the maker's stenciling, "WILLIAMS & COUCH / NEW GENEVA. / PA." Eberhardt jar in excellent condition with minor wear. Williams & Couch jar with hairlines in underside, extending onto base, and roughness to underside of rim.
