Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, OH origin, circa 1840, highly-ovoid jug with squared spout, decorated with a brushed "2" flanked by two sets of wavy cobalt stripes. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a 3" in-the-firing line at base.
