Shenandoah Valley Glazed Redware Pitcher, Strasburg, VA origin, circa 1890, ovoid pitcher with footed base and flared collar, decorated with mottled olive-and-brown lead glaze. Interesting crawling to glaze. Shallow chipping and wear to top of rim. Light wear to edge of handle. A minor base chip. Minor wear to shoulder molding. H 7 3/4".
