Fine Small-Sized Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Midwestern or Pennsylvania origin, third quarter 19th century, vasiform pitcher with ovoid body, tooled midsection, and tall, narrow collar with flared rim, decorated with a brushed design of a flowering plant. Spout decorated with freehand dashes flanked by foliate devices. Desirable size and form. A 1 1/2" Y-shaped hairline from rim, including a small rim chip. A 1" hairline from rim. H 5".
