Three-Gallon Albany-Slip-Glazed Stoneware Churn, Stamped "B.F. USSERY / Water Valley /MISS-", MS origin, circa 1880, cylindrical churn with slightly-flared collar and raised lug handles, the surface covered in a chocolate-brown Albany slip glaze. Impressed with Benjamin Franklin Ussery maker's mark at shoulder. A 7/8" rim chip. Shallow chips to one handle. Minor chips to inner rim for lid. Some small in-the-firing contact marks to surface.
