Very Rare Side-Handled Stoneware Coffee Boiler with Alkaline Glaze, Becham Family, Crawford County, GA, late 19th or early 20th century, tapered pot with applied tubular pouring spout and handle applied at the side. Surface covered in a beautiful, drippy alkaline with light-olive coloration and high gloss. Highly unusual form. Provenance: Dug at the Oscar Becham House. A Y-shaped crack on underside, forming a tight spider crack on side of pitcher. A minor base chip. H 8".
