Two Redware Jars, probably PA origin, 19th century, a highly-ovoid jar covered in a speckled, reddish-brown lead-and-manganese glaze, paired with a small ovoid jar with lead glaze over a mottled olive, red, and orange ground. Taller jar with wear to rim, two lines on underside, continuing onto base area, and some light surface wear to midsection. Smaller jar in excellent, essentially as-made condition with some light bubbling to glaze. H (of taller jar) 7 7/8".
