Two Small-Sized Redware Plates with Slip Decoration, PA origin, 19th century, both with coggled edge, one with yellow-slip foliate designs flanking a series of wavy lines, Philadelphia, PA origin, the other with lightly-coggled edge and wavy line decoration, possibly Berks County, PA origin. Philadelphia plate with restored rim chips, in otherwise excellent condition. Other plate with shallow chipping to rim and very minor surface wear to interior. Diameter (of Philadelphia plate) 6 3/16".
