Shenandoah Valley Multi-Glazed Redware Flowerpot, attributed to S. Bell & Sons, Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, ovoid pot with coggled, flaring rim and attached saucer, the surface dipped in cream-colored slip, decorated with splashed copper and manganese, and covered in a clear lead glaze. Significant restoration (possible full restoration) to saucer. Two restored rim chips. Some rim wear and minor surface wear. H 5 1/4".
