One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Tornado Decoration, Ohio origin, circa 1880, ovoid pitcher with flared collar and semi-rounded rim, decorated with a stenciled "1 1/2" capacity, surrounded by brushed stylized "tornado" motifs. Provenance: Collection of Harry Meyer, McDonald, PA. Glued crack in base of handle. Otherwise excellent condition.
