Glazed Redware Flowerpot, Stamped "W. SMITH. / WOMELSDORF,", PA origin, circa 1880, tapered flower with attached saucer, both with rounded rim, the upper body and base decorated with sponged manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Impressed with Willoughby Smith maker's mark on underside. A 3" inverted T-shaped crack from rim, descending from a small rim chip. Other minor rim wear. Two tiny nicks to bottom edge of saucer's rim. H 5 3/8".
