Seven Stoneware Jugs, American, 19th and early 20th centuries, three ovoid, Albany-slip-glazed jug, Northeastern U.S. origin, second quarter 19th century; a Bristol-slip-glazed ink or syrup jug, stamped on underside, "R.C.P. CO. NO. 2 / AKRON. O."; a quart-sized, salt-glazed jug, Northeastern U.S. origin; a small Albany-slip-glazed jug; and a small reddish-brown-glazed jug, impressed on underside, "THE ROYCROFT SHOPS / AURORA, N.Y.". Akron jug with chips to rim and spout, a hairline, and staining to surface. A flake to handle of salt-glazed jug. One brown-glazed, ovoid jug with a spout chip and a drilled hole at base. All in otherwise excellent condition. H (of Akron jug) 13".
