Four Pennsylvania Redware Articles, 19th century, all with sponged or splashed manganese decoration, a cylindrical jar, a pipkin, an ovoid jar, and a spouted cup. Spouted cup with chips to spout, in otherwise excellent condition. Cylindrical jar with short hairlines, rim wear, and a few base chips. Pipkin with rim chips, chips and wear to handle, a few base chips, and a thin crack along underside, which forms a Y at base. Ovoid jar with several rim chips. Handled cup with a chip and two small nicks to spout area. H (of cylindrical jar) 6 3/4".
