Three Small-Sized Glazed Redware Pitchers, Northeastern U.S. origin, circa 1840, two decorated with manganese daubs, Norwalk, CT or Huntington, Long Island, NY origin, together with smaller, manganese-decorated example, probably New England origin. Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market group, from a long-term Wilmington, DE collection. Tallest with rim chips, a small handle chip, and a small base chip. Middle-sized pitcher with a small rim chip and wear to rim. Smallest with wear to rim and light wear to handle. H (of tallest) 5".
