Three Huntington, Long Island Stoneware Crocks with Cobalt Floral Decoration, New York State origin, circa 1854-1885, all of cylindrical form and four-gallon capacities; one stamped "BROWN BROS / HUNTINGTON, L.I"; another stamped "BROWN BROTHER , / HUNTINGTON, / L.I."; and a third stamped "F.J. CAIRE / Huntington / L.I.". "Brown Bros" crock with top-to-bottom crack from rim on reverse and some white paint or water glass staining to surface. Oval mark crock with a chip to interior of rim, a 2 3/4" hairline from rim on front, a thin 4 1/4" crack from rim on reverse, grease staining to surface, and a thin Y-shaped crack on underside, continuing 4 1/4" up base on side of crock. Caire crock with exfoliation throughout as well as a crack on underside, continuing onto base.
