Two Pieces of Stoneware with Cobalt Bee Stinger Decorations, Midwestern origin, circa 1875-1890, a five-gallon churn, Red Wing, MN or Ohio origin, paired with a four-gallon cylindrical crock. Churn in excellent condition with some very minor wear to inner rim for lid, some light water glass staining to exterior, and water glass staining to interior. Crock with a thin 5" crack from rim on front, a 3" surface line on front, a 5" surface line under handle, a 5" surface line on reverse, areas of staining to surface, and two very short horizontal cracks on interior of rim.
