George Ohr Pottery Vase, Stamped "G.E. OHR / Biloxi, Miss.", circa 1895-1900, with footed base and heavily-crumpled form, the matte surface revealing scroddled clay on the interior. Likely one of Ohr's "burned babies". Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market example, purchased by the consignor from Jim Carpenter at his shop in Montague, NJ in the 1970s. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 3 3/8".
