Two Glazed Redware Dishes, Pennsylvania origin, fourth quarter 19th century, one with coggled edge and three rows of wavy lines in yellow slip, the other with lead-and-manganese-glazed interior. Slip-decorated plate in excellent, essentially as-made condition. Other plate with a 2 3/4" in-the-firing crack from edge as well as a 1 3/4" crack from edge. Diameter (of slip-decorated plate) 7 7/8".
