Two Pieces of Strasburg, VA Stoneware, circa 1880, a one-gallon jar with cobalt swag decoration, stamped "W.H. CRISMAN / STRASBURG, VA", paired with a two-gallon jar with cobalt swag decoration, stamped "GEO. W. MILLER / STRASBURG, VA". Crisman jar with an in-the-firing 3/4" base chip and minor post-firing base chips. Miller jar with small rim chips and a minor in-the-firing surface flake to base.
