One-Gallon Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Pitcher, probably Catawba Valley, NC origin, fourth quarter 19th century, ovoid pitcher with flared rim and raised molding at base of collar, the surface covered in a mottled gray-green glaze over a reddish clay ground. Very nice condition with small rim chips.
