Two-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to R.J. Grier, Chester County, PA, circa 1875, ovoid pitcher with footed base and tooled accents to the collar, decorated with a two-stemmed floral motif on the front and swags to the left and right. Collar decorated with brushed swags on each side and stripes along the spout. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Restoration to top edge of spout. Otherwise excellent condition.
