Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stenciled "C.L. WILLIAMS / & CO. / NEW GENEVA / PA", circa 1895, ovoid jug with tooled spout, decorated with C.L. Williams maker's stenciling at the center, a freehand stripe to shoulder and base, and a freehand "2" flanked by dashes. Cobalt highlight to upper handle terminal. Excellent, essentially as-made condition.
