Two-Gallon Albany-Slip-Glazed Stoneware Jug with Missouri Advertising, Stamped "PEORIA POTTERY", Peoria, IL origin, late 19th century, with raised medial ridge, impressed on the shoulder, "MEYER BROS & CO. / WHOLESALE DRUGGISTS / ST. LOUIS, MO". Reverse impressed "PEORIA POTTERY" at base. Very nice condition with some scratches to surface.
