Bell & Son, Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, ovoid pitcher with footed base, flared collar, and tooled body, decorated with an appealing marbled glaze composed of streaked manganese and clear lead over cream-colored slip. Small chips and wear to rim. Two base chips. H 7".
