One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Philadelphia, PA origin, third quarter 19th century, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated with three large tulips extending around the shoulder. Some light exfoliation to surface below decoration. An iron ping to rim. A 1 1/4" hairline on underside, extending 3 1/2" up base of jar.
