Salt-Glazed Stoneware Inkwell, Northeastern U.S. origin, early 19th century, cylindrical form featuring a tall spout with tooled mouth and iron-oxide coating on interior. Tight lines and thin cracks throughout. A small in-the-firing spout chip. H 2 3/4" ; Diameter 2 7/8".
