Slip-Decorated Redware Plate, probably Philadelphia origin, circa 1840, with coggled edge, the interior decorated in yellow slip with a band of wavy lines intersected by flag-like trailing. A 7/8" rim chip. Additional rim wear. Typical minor glaze wear to interior. Diameter 9 3/4".
