One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Southeastern PA origin, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated on the front and reverse with two conjoined tulips flanking a brushed cobalt daub. Several rim chips, including a 1 1/2" area of shallow chipping to rim. Network of long hairlines to body. Two short hairlines from rim.
