Two Stoneware Crocks with Cobalt Bird Decorations, circa 1875, a five-gallon crock with large fan-tailed bird decoration, stamped "WHITES UTICA", paired with a four-gallon crock with slip-trailed chicken pecking corn, stamped "J NORTON & CO: / BENNINGTON VT;". Norton crock with significant restoration, including some to decoration. This restoration is peeling away in some places. Whites Utica crock with significant restoration throughout including clear overglaze to decoration. Small rim chips to Whites Utica crock.
