Fine Redware Plate with Marbled Slip Decoration, New England origin, early 19th century, with coggled edge, the interior decorated in yellow slip with large swirled trails flanking straight lines with swirled centers. A scarce and visually-appealing slip treatment. Surface flakes to interior. Rim chips. Diameter 11".
