One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "WM-A' MACQUOID & CO / NEW-YORK. / LITTLE WST 12TH ST.", cylindrical jar with flared collar and applied lug handles, decorated with a brushed flowering plant bearing three fan-shaped blossoms. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark. The impressed maker's mark on this jar is a variant that includes a reversed C in the abbreviation "CO". Excellent condition with a very minor chip on interior of rim and two tiny in-the-firing pings to right side of jar.
