Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Spittoon, attributed to David Parr, Jr., Richmond, VA, circa 1860, with coved sides and carved oval opening at shoulder, decorated around the body with four groups of graduated swags. Excellent condition with a small base chip. H 3 5/8" ; Diameter 7 1/4".
