Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cumberland, MD Advertising, American, circa 1900, brown-and-white shoulder jug featuring the black-colored advertising "J.J. STUMP & CO., / LIQUOR DEALERS / CUMBERLAND, MD.". Impressed "A 4" on reverse. Two shallow, glazed-over spout chips and a minor post-firing spout nick. Three base chips. A few tiny nicks to edge at shoulder.
