Scarce One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped Twice "H. & G. NASH / UTICA", New York State origin, circa 1830, highly-ovoid jug with rounded spout and applied handle, decorated with a brushed double-tulip design. Glazed-over iron ping to reverse. A stained 3 1/2" horizontal surface line below spout on reverse. Some fry to cobalt.
