Rare Redware Chicken Waterer, Stamped "A.G.C. DIPPLE / LEWISTOWN, PA," late 19th century, bulbous form with flared base, narrow opening, and pouring hole at base, impressed with Dipple maker's mark on underside. Redware by this potting family is considered unusual. This form is likely a chicken waterer, missing a separate saucer base. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 10 1/2".
