Three Salt-Glazed Stoneware Bottles, Northeastern U.S. origin, second half 19th century, one impressed with the cobalt-highlighted mark "G.&.CO."; one impressed "S.S. KNICKERBOCKER"; and one impresssed "D.L.O. & SON.". G.&.CO. bottle with 2" hairline on underside, forming a long, faint Y at base. Knickerbocker bottle with a few base chips, possibly in-the-firing, and a pre-firing, glazed-over dent to foot, as well as wear to base of neck. D.L.O. & SON bottle with wear to base of neck, a chip to bottom edge of spout, some light wear to spout, and some staining. H (of Knickerbocker bottle) 10".
