Eight Pieces of Spongeware, attributed to the Pfaltzgraff Company, York, PA, circa 1920-1930, including a pitcher, six bowls, and a lid, all with cobalt sponging over a whitish ground. Pitcher with rim chip, a chip to front of spout, and a small chip to top of spout, as well as a minor in-the-firing ping to body near base. Bowls and lid with various flaws. H (of pitcher) 9" ; Diameter (of largest bowl) 13".
