Two Four-Gallon Stoneware Crocks, Stenciled "H.B. & G.B. PFALTZGRAFF / YORK, PA, circa 1889-1894, both of cylindrical form with tooled shoulder, flattened rim, and applied lug handles, each featuring a stenciled Pfaltzgraff signature in cobalt, along with a stenciled "4" flanked by stylized flower blossoms. One crock with heavy chipping to front of rim, an 8 1/2" crack from rim on reverse, and some light exfoliation to base and reverse. The other crock with several rim chips, handle chips, and numerous thin cracks on underside, continuing onto base area.
