Scarce Rockinghamware Humidor, Stamped "A. CADMUS / CONGRESS POTTTERY / SOUTH AMBOY / NJ," mid 19th century, molded humidor with paneled sides and ring handles, the surface covered in a streaky reddish-brown glaze over a yellowish ground. Impressed with scarce Abraham Cadmus maker's mark on underside. Missing lid. Shallow 1" chip to one handle. Otherwise excellent condition. H 7".
