Scarce Small-Sized Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Southeastern PA origin, third quarter 19th century, ovoid pitcher with flared base and tooling to body, decorated around the body with a series of brushed cobalt swags and hanging flowers. Additional leaf or flower blossom decoration to collar. Cobalt stripes to spout and highlights to handle terminals. Excellent size. Rim chips. Chipping to spout. H 5 3/8".
