Two Cobalt-Decorated White's Family Stoneware Jugs, Utica, NY origin, second half 19th century, a four-gallon jug with slip-trailed and brushed "orchid" decoration, stamped "N.A. WHITE & SON. / UTICA, N.Y.", paired with a three-gallon jug with slip-trailed floral decoration, stamped "WHITES UTICA NY". N.A. White jug in excellent condition with two small spout chips, a light in-the-firing contact mark to front, and a small iron ping to side. Whites Utica jug with base chips, some staining, and light wear to spout.
