Sixteen-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "HAMILTON & JONES / GREENSBORO / PA," circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, decorated with stenciled vining surrounding the maker's name, various additional stenciled flourishes, and a freehand "16" with flourishes and stripe at base. Missing one handle. Otherwise excellent condition.
