Two Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, American, mid 19th century, a one-gallon ovoid jar with brushed cobalt accents, Ohio origin; paired with a squat-shaped, one-gallon jar with brushed cobalt floral and swag decoration, probably New Jersey. Ohio jar with minor rim wear and a raised contact mark with iron drip on reverse. Other jar with a few small rim chips, a 2" chip on top of rim, a short line from rim, and a faint surface line to shoulder.
