Redware Bowl with Manganese-Decorated Interior, Stamped "JOHN W. BELL / WAYNESBORO, PA," circa 1880, tapered bowl with semi-rounded rim, the interior shoulder decorated with manganese sponging, the surface of the interior covered in a clear lead glaze. Impressed with John W. Bell maker's on shoulder. Wear to interior. H 4 1/4" ; Diameter 10 5/8".
