Three-Gallon Stoneware "ICE WATER" Cooler, attributed to the Wingender Pottery, Haddonfield, NJ, late 19th century, keg-form cooler with molded bunghole and elaborate geometric coggled decoration, the midsection featuring the impressed inscription "Ice Water.," surrounded by a coggled floral border, further surrounded by a scalloped border of coggled circles. Cobalt highlights to coggling and inscription. An impressive example of late 19th century coggled decoration. Small chips on interior of rim and a shallow chip on exterior of rim on reverse. Otherwise excellent condition.
