One-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "LYONS," New York State origin, mid 19th century, ovoid-bodied pitcher with semi-rounded rim molding and tooling at base of collar, the front decorated with a brushed cobalt tulip. LYONS maker's mark with brushed cobalt highlight and number "1" above. Shallow 1 1/4" chip on interior of rim and some wear to Albany slip on interior. Otherwise excellent condition.
