Half-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1870, ovoid pitcher with footed base and flared rim with tooled line, decorated with a flowering plant bearing two blossom. Spout flanked by swags and rim decorated with a single leaf or flower on each side. Circular crack on underside. Long crack at base. 5 1/2" inverted Y-shaped crack on right side of pitcher's front, the majority of which is fairly thin.
