Two Pieces of American Stoneware, 19th century, a one-gallon ovoid jar with cobalt highlights to name and handle terminals, stamped "I. MEAD," paired with a one-gallon batter pail, stamped "F.H. COWDEN / HARRISBURG". Batter pail with significant restoration, including one ear, area of spout, and shoulder. Mead jar with wear to interior of rim, two chips on reverse of rim, and a minor handle nick.
