Two-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to R.J. Grier, Chester County, PA, circa 1880, ovoid-bodied pitcher with footed base and semi-squared rim molding, decorated around the midsection with three floral designs bearing two blossoms each, Collar decorated with brushed cobalt leaves. Spout decorated with cobalt dashes. Repair to spout. Otherwise excellent condition.
